Where do you ship from?
All Alma Atelier artworks are produced in collaboration with our trusted partner, Prodigi.
Orders are printed and shipped from the closest available location to you — including the US, UK, Europe, and Australia — ensuring faster delivery times and reduced environmental impact.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are made to order and typically produced within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location, but usually range between 1-10 business days.
What materials do you use?
We offer two premium formats, each selected for its exceptional quality and longevity.
Fine Art Prints are produced on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm — a museum-quality, 100% cotton fine art paper with a soft, velvety texture and warm natural tone that enhances the depth and richness of every artwork.
Gallery Float Framed Canvas features a 400gsm artist-grade cotton canvas, hand-stretched over a 38mm gallery stretcher and finished with a premium natural wood floating frame for a refined, gallery-style presentation.
Both formats are produced using archival Giclée printing and pigment inks for exceptional colour accuracy, rich tonal depth and long-lasting quality.

Is your shop environmentally friendly?
Sustainability is an integral part of Alma Atelier.
All prints are made to order, reducing overproduction and material waste.
Production takes place locally whenever possible, minimizing carbon emissions.
We use responsibly sourced, FSC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests.
What sizes are available?
Artworks are available in multiple sizes, including A4, 30 × 40 cm, 50 × 70 cm, A1, and 70 × 100 cm. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes — we’re happy to accommodate custom size requests whenever possible.
Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability. Once an order is submitted, it is sent directly to production and cannot be modified.
Do the artworks come framed?
Our Fine Art Prints are sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best suits your space.
We also offer a Gallery Float Framed Canvas, professionally finished with a premium natural wood floating frame, ready to hang.
Do you accept returns?
As each artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
