Returns & Refunds

At Alma Atelier, each piece is made-to-order and personalised specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted or were ordered incorrectly.

We only accept returns in the case of items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product.

If this applies to your order, please contact us at studio@almaatelierstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your item, including:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Cancellations

As all pieces are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

We reserve the right to refuse any claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
